"Set in a working Albariño vineyard about 20 minutes south of Santiago de Compostela, I found Casa Beatnik to be a stylish, bohemian oasis opened in May 2022 by Dani Alonso; its bright-pink aesthetic mixes Moroccan, French, and Italian inspirations with handmade Beni shag rugs and Murano glass chandeliers. On site I enjoyed the retractable-glass-roof patio, a red-tiled saltwater pool, trellised pergolas, Krygys yurts, spa and yoga offerings, and the chance to compare recent vintages from the adjoining vineyard." - Lisa Futterman
