"At this Healdsburg spot I found a restaurant that constantly shapeshifts: at dinner it becomes a French-California bistro with a seven-course tasting menu, in the morning a bustling café with coffee and pastries, and during the day a grab-and-go sandwich counter run by chefs and co-owners Melissa and Sean McGaughey.
