"A longtime Echo Park taco truck that the writer adores despite occasional criticism from taco purists for its location and largely Caucasian clientele; he describes routinely over-ordering and ‘‘blacking out’’ at the menu. Standouts include mulitas and a veggie quesadilla (they put rice inside their quesadillas, which the reviewer says melts into a pleasant, mushy texture), and the truck is infamous for its suadero — a harder-to-find cut prized by regulars.
