"There's great seafood all around Lake Como, but the fish truly shines at Crotto Valdurino in Moltrasio. Not much is done to the agone, lavarello, and other fish at this family-run spot to make them great. They’re usually grilled and served with just a couple of lemon wedges, or cooked in a crust of salt that makes the most satisfyingly crunchy sounds when you cut into it. As for the energy, it's no fuss.
