"If you name your establishment Cuties, you’ve set some expectations. This all-day spot does, indeed, deliver on the promise of cute. There’s curvy, comfy seating, tavern-style stained glass lighting, and playful dishes like the Oaxaca-yaki, a twist on the Japanese taiyaki that takes the form of a bready fish-shaped pastry filled with stretchy Oaxaca cheese. And it really is a place you can hang out all day.
