"Lazy Betty is the best restaurant in Atlanta. Their New American tasting menu constantly changes. You might get a wagyu beef in a buttery wine sauce and a creamy foie gras topped with strawberries. On paper, these and other dishes might not sound like standouts (especially for the $225 prix fixe menu), but we’ve not tasted better anywhere else, nor a better poached salmon. Nor have we seen a wellington wrapped in a pleated pastry skirt that was so beautiful it could win a Project Runway challenge. But don’t let the artfully designed dishes, high price tag, and “best” superlative make you think you need to pull out the mink.
