"This long-awaited NYC-based French brasserie has finally opened in Wedgewood-Houston’s May Hosiery factory complex. Mosaic floors, red banquettes, and distressed tin ceilings create a strong French bistro aesthetic with food to match, including onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, and duck confit. The cocktails served at the curved zinc bar also have a touch of French influence, like the Eiffel Sour made with chartreuse, alpine liqueur, pineapple, and lime. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
