"Easily one of Valencia’s coolest bars, thanks to its funky décor—a mix of vintage ads, Gustav Klimt replicas, Catholic relics, and a random New Jersey Nets jersey, all dressed up in a bohemian Valenciano alt-punk style. They’re known for their rotating varieties of tortilla española, but you’ll want to zero in on the mix queso, packed with flavor and richness thanks to the Roquefort blue cheese inside. Wash down your tapas and tortilla with some house vermut, served with an orange slice soaked in cassalla, an anise-flavored liqueur that adds an extra kick.
