Glass Coffee - Review - Camden - London - The Infatuation

"You'll have to fight your way through a Camden food market crowd to get served at Glass Coffee. Suck it up. Embrace it. Because this is one of the best coffee shops in London. The pour-overs are flavourful, the milky coffees are made with homemade almond milk, and care and attention is given to every cup that comes out of this bright blue shipping container hatch. A self-described “tech-driven coffee shop” sounds like a big yawn, but not the way Glass is doing it. QR codes are slapped on every takeaway cup which link to traceability for each ingredient, down the supply chain. But they’ll only get really deep about their favourite fourth-generation coffee producer if you ask, and even then it’s a fun chat. The queue is half tourists who have got very lucky by stumbling here, and half serious coffee people who don’t stick around once they’ve been served. If you do have time, grab a table in the market and get the brownie—it's gooey, rich, with good-quality chocolate, and one of the best we've had. video credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute" - Sinéad Cranna
