"Crimson Room keeps its gins cold behind the bar, and their piano hot sitting atop the stage. This spot looks like a swanky cabaret venue—it's bathed in red and always has live performances that get more high-energy into the night. It’s not uncommon to see other people in the bar stand up and groove along until late, with folks trying to claw their way out at the end of the evening. Reflecting the bar’s theme, the cocktail menu takes inspiration from the cultures and history of places around the world where jazz and cabaret have thrived. One drink is themed around the Brazilian carnival, with aromatized wine, cashew nuts, and passionfruit.
