"Quatrehomme is a family-run institution: Marie Quatrehomme became France’s first female Meilleur Ouvrier de France (best craftsperson in France) in 2000. Today, her children carry the torch. There are a handful of cheese shops throughout Paris, but the flagship in the 7th is our go-to thanks to its open-plan layout, which allows you to linger over slabs of nutty Comté or wedges of rare Bleu de Termignon before feeling the pressure to buy.
