"Minnesota is not France, but if you want to feel like you’re almost in Paris for a few hours, head to St. Genevieve in Lynnhurst. It’s the kind of place that you spend an entire afternoon at, especially once you start sampling from their long list of champagnes. Like its sister restaurant Tilia, this French bistro does both shared and large plates, but the tartines are what you should focus on. Order both the beet and salmon options, some wine, and see where your afternoon goes.
