"Maybe you have an affinity for minimalist design, or you just don’t feel like waiting in line to eat at a breakfast spot Guy Fieri has called “gangster.” Futuro is a very white and bright cafe inside a hair salon that serves excellent Mexican coffee drinks (try the Cajeta, made with goat-milk caramel and sea salt) as well as pastries.
