"You don’t have to worry about judgemental bouncers at Hacienda Ramirez Cruz. The staff are chill and will join you in a sing-along to Alejandro Fernandez. You want to come here on Thursdays, when everyone (and we mean everyone) is given a microphone to belt their hearts out to Latin hits about heartbreak. It’s one big sing-along. The patio is filled with mismatched furniture and a disco ball that sparkles over confident singers and live musicians, who come out around 9:30pm. In typical clubstaurant fashion, the food is overpriced and just fine. You’re better off snacking. Order some ribeye tacos, chips and guacamole, and plenty of mezcal to ease any stage fright." - ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino
