"On the surface, a whole restaurant dedicated to lobster rolls with ingredients from all around the world sounds like a great idea. In practice, it doesn’t quite work. Toppings like parmesan and wasabi are muddled and barely perceptible thanks to a heavy dose of mayo mixed into each dish. And though the garlic crab fries aren’t bad, they could use a little more seasoning. Use this casual counter service spot only when you need a quick, filling lunch, and seek out better seafood elsewhere in the neighborhood. Food Rundown Garlic Parmesan Roll There’s a healthy dusting of cheese on top of the lobster meat here, but not quite enough garlic. And the toppings all end up creating a mushy mess. When you do get a chunk of lobster, though, it has a pleasant texture. Wasabi Ponzu Roll There’s just not enough heat here to set it apart from the other entries on the menu. And the bread could be a little toastier. Garlic Crab Fries A perfectly fine side—particularly since the crab meat tastes freshly cracked.
