EP Bar - Review - Chinatown - Oahu - The Infatuation

"EP may be modeled after Japanese listening bars, but it’s uniquely Hawai‘i, with black lava rock walls that make you feel like you’re in a very hip cave that just happens to be lined with thousands of records. And the drinks take inspiration from nearby restaurants—there are highballs with phở spices and a clarified cocktail that’s a play on mango sticky rice. It’s an intimate space, so it’s best to keep your group small and make reservations." - Martha Cheng
