"Starboard Raw is a peaceful oasis among the chaos of the Dewey Beach bar scene. It’s relatively upscale compared to the other spots on Coastal Highway, but can fit into any part of your day. You can show up coated in sand after the beach for a warm soft pretzel stuffed with crab, or get a table with a few friends and a round of oyster shooters before a night out .
