"In between Westbourne Park and Ladbroke Grove tube stations is Jay Dees, a Caribbean takeaway spot that you really want to know about. You don’t need to spend much to get a lot here. For around a tenner you can get a box packed to the brim with charred jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, beans, and carrots, and covered in a perfectly spicy and fruity sauce. It’s as delicious as it is generous, and there’s lots more on the menu as well, from curried goat to saltfish patties.
