"It's hard to watch a lamb gyro slowly spin on a spit and not order it. But at The Olive Branch, fight that urge. Or don’t, but make sure you get the kafta, too, at least. The grandmother of this family-owned joint comes in twice a week to make that kafta, and the tender meat has subtle notes of baking spices. The space is almost diner-like: clean, sparse, and just a couple of two-tops and banquettes.
