It’s a food truck outside Rock House Bar nearThe Oasis, and it’s more about convenience than bragging rights. The menu covers the classics—brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey—but also veers into evening bar-snack territory with brisket-stuffed baked potatoes, loaded mac and cheese, and pulled pork tacos. Most of the barbecue runs a little dry, but it’s a reliable option when you need something heavy to pair with a cold beer.
