This is the exact thought we have every single time we make the great decision to go to Smokehouse on a chilly evening and feel like we’ve escaped to one of the home counties, complete with roaring fires and a blackboard listing the best cuts of meat on offer. The setting matches the food perfectly–big slabs of pork chop with smoked apple and black pudding, simple no-brainer sides, and comforting British classics for dessert. It’s also worth knowing that despite being a destination for meat lovers everywhere, they do have some great vegetarian options. Come here for a pub dinner with a difference.
