"Bagel Miller is a dedicated bagel, sandwich, and bagel sandwich shop in Lincoln Square. The flavor variety is limited to a handful of classic options, but that allows the non-routine schmear flavors, like gochujang or giardiniera, to shine. The bagels are thick and bready—not as squishy as we normally like. But their structural integrity makes them excellent for very filling sandwiches.
