Around noon, it’s already full of people enjoying a big pile of fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and the chunkiest lumpia we’ve come across. On a bad day, the spare ribs are a little tough and the peking duck is slightly dry, but it’s still solid, affordable, and perfect for a casual weekday meal.
