"Inside the Nashville Farmer’s Market is a booth where you can get soft steamed taco shells filled with a bunch of tasty stuff. Like a play on al pastor with seitan in a buoyant vinegar-based sauce and finely diced pineapple. Or a tinga, heavy on the carrot, with notes of curry. Whatever fillings or combinations you choose, the street-sized tacos are easily cupped to eat with one hand while you hold your box in the other and browse around the market. Three tacos for $14 is pretty good, too, so if you want to get more than you can feasibly carry, there are tables in the food court area ready to receive you and your goods." - Ann Walczak
