"If you want to drink good cocktails, go straight to The Hive. We’re talking daiquiris made with bacon fat-washed rum and lillet blanc, or refreshing rosé sangria to glug by the pitcher. This restaurant is right off the lobby of Bentonville’s 21c hotel, a veritable art museum of suspended pink rococo mannequins, video installations, and paintings. There’s plenty of art in the bar, too, including a sculpture of giant wasps, honeycombs, vines, and skulls on the ceiling and walls (picture Annihilation meets Bee Movie). The food is decent—get the burger with pimento cheese and, if it’s on the menu, the roast chicken—but the cocktails are really the highlight of the experience." - Ryan Bernsten
