"Taste My Aruba is a charming, family-operated seafood restaurant housed in what was once one of the oldest department stores in downtown Oranjestad. They specialize in using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, including fresh fish like barracuda and grouper. Don’t miss the perfectly balanced ceviche and the catch of the day, served Aruban-style with a side of plantains, beans, and stewed creole tomatoes—fingers crossed it’s amberjack. The best tables are in their open-air courtyard, where you can cozy up under the twinkling lights with a date and enjoy Aruba’s almost always superb weather.
