"Named after Hawaii’s state fish, this open-air restaurant is right on the water at the Grand Wailea Resort. Expect at least two surprise marriage proposals per meal and some of the best sunset views on the island under the Polynesian-style thatched roofs. Like most resort restaurants, it’s pricey, but the food and the atmosphere at Humuhumu make it worthwhile.
