"Amazonica is a small Colombian dessert shop inside Upper Buena Vista’s shopping sanctuary (that’s what they call it). Here, they specialize in cholados—shaved ice mixed with fruits and condensed milk. They also make solid arepas, so you can have a quick snack and take advantage of the wifi to send a few emails in the shaded outdoor area. This is more of a dessert destination, though. The paradise cholado tastes like blueberry frozen yogurt, only icy. It’s topped with a hefty amount of fruit, which balances out the alarming amount of condensed milk inside (we’re not complaining)." - Mariana Trabanino
