"Most of Hugo’s steaks hover in the $90 range, which is eyebrow-raising considering you’re in a basement off Fremont Street. But at this retro steakhouse, every entree also comes with crackly cheese lavosh, a bread course with three kinds of salt, and a roaming salad bar with 15 different topping options. They give out hot towels in between courses and every lady gets a rose at the end like she just won The Bachelor.
