During breakfast and weekend brunch, they serve miniatures fried to order and shaken in a paper bag of cinnamon sugar that coats every oiled-up surface. These are great as-is, but then they go and give you sides of vanilla mascarpone and jam to slather on your donuts like butter on a roll.
