The space in Barranco was designed with a beehive in mind: undulating textures, warm light, and a demonstrated love for the land, especially the jungle of Tarapoto, where the chef’s roots run deep. Go for the oysters with Amazonian citrus, the smoked tartare, or the scallops with narrow bone and Amazonian chorizo.
