"In Great Tew there’s a church, a pub, and Quince And Clover. During the week, the village is sleepy but come the weekend, open-top Porsches “down from London” pull up outside this cafe, groups sprawl on the green opposite—some with their own fold-out chairs—waiting for seats inside, and the car park is grid-locked. It’s a hot bed of lattes and laughter, as people wait for a coveted walk-in-only seat to become available inside this charming, thatched-roof cafe. The pastries are great, the grilled banana-topped tahini loaf is even better, and the avocado on toast comes with a delicious hazelnut dukkah. photo credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna photo credit: Sinéad Cranna video credit: Sinéad Cranna" - Sinéad Cranna
