"At Pop’s Coffee Co. in Roswell, motorcycles share center stage with hot mugs of americanos, a variety of lattes with extra-sweet flavors like french toast (that you should absolutely try at least once), and pour-over french press with four roast options. The counter-service coffee bar is attached to a Triumph dealer and leans heavy into the biker theme, which is actually pretty fun. There are plenty of tables in the large seating area where you can cozy up to a skeleton wearing a backwards hat on a two-wheeler. Or you can sit next to a wall made of cubby holes and admire the colorful helmets on display. Pop’s works as a grab-and-go spot to start your morning off strong or as a laptop destination when you want chrome co-workers to admire.
