"Timing, as the saying goes, is everything. Just ask City Cafe, a meat and three out in Spence Lane that’s only open for lunch during the week. You'll have to plan accordingly to eat here, but your time management skills will be rewarded with a tender slow-cooked roast beef, deviled eggs, and the obligatory cajun corncake that comes with your meat and two—technically, it’s not a “three,” but we’ll let it slide.
