"Smiley Coffee is a cafe from a company that trademarked the smiley face back in the 1970s. The same company also markets smiley-face wine and clothing, and everyone who works at their Lower East Side spot wears the requisite yellow uniform. Drinks include matcha lattes and a signature Cloud Cap—essentially an iced cappuccino with cold foam. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Willa Moore
