"The best restaurant in Los Angeles does a weekend brunch and one could argue humanity doesn’t deserve it. This is not the brunch you eat on the same day you decide to start triathlon training. You go to Animal on a Saturday or Sunday morning to eat a concerning amount of meat, give cholesterol the middle finger, and feel like a superstar.
