"Harriet’s Rooftop, located above 1 Hotel Nashville, feels like a combo between a garden patio and a nightclub—there are colorful canopies, glass-lined fire pits, and bass-driven house music. Book a weekend dinner reservation when the music is a little louder and the crowds are a little larger, and lean into that fun, downtown rooftop chaos. The food and drink menus are seasonal and, true to the hotel’s reputation, focused on sustainability. Fresh pineapple is used in their frozen piña colada (get it with a Campari float), and the skins and cores from the pineapple are used for a syrup found in the Tropic Delight cocktail. Their sashimi menu is really spectacular, too, specifically the spicy tuna with avocado, topped with sriracha, tobiko, and bluefin sashimi." - Adam Sloan
