"We can’t deny that eating inside a half-size replica of the real Eiffel Tower sounds dumb, but pretending you’re in France is the allure. The restaurant is on the 11th floor, so you can see The Strip no matter where you sit, though the tables facing the floor-to-ceiling windows are the best—prime spots to pull off the old diamond-ring-for-dessert marriage proposal (which the staff has done thousands of times). The steak-tartare and herb-crusted rack of lamb are pitch-perfect, but if you don’t have time for a meal, grab a seat at the bar and get a bird’s-eye perspective of the commotion while you wait for the eye-opening buzz from the Coffee Kissed Old Fashioned to kick in.
