Exciting Things To Do & Eat In NYC Between April 6th - April 12th - New York - The Infatuation

"May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, which means a whole lot of dumplings are about to enter our lives. Mimi Cheng’s is kicking off their AAPI series early with a collaboration with Calvin Eng of the Williamsburg Cantonese American restaurant Bonnie’s. Bonnie’s is one of the most exciting spots to have dinner right now, so we have no doubt Calvin Eng’s shrimp dumplings will get a fan following of their own. A percentage of the proceeds will go to the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families and World Central Kitchen. There will be limited daily runs at all three Mimi Cheng’s locations through April." - neha talreja
