"The Archer is a buzzy neighborhood tavern in East Central that’s good for happy hour, dinner, and even late night (the kitchen stays open until 11pm). Some standouts include crispy fried eggplant plated next to clouds of whipped buttermilk, the Archer salad with crispy chickpeas that shines because of its textural complexity, and a burger with a hearty layer of parmesan cream and golden shoestring fries. Sitting at the bar is the move, especially for hanging out with a Freezer Door martini and talking with your neighbors about everything coming out of the open kitchen.
