"Musume is a new sushi bar on Sunset Blvd. in Holywood with nigiri that looks as bright and flashy as everything else in the area (though the space itself is white and minimalist). Expect salmon truffle crudo, sweet shrimp nigiri topped with caviar, and Hokkaido uni handrolls studded with gold leaf.
