"Gocha’s Breakfast Bar Food Truck is parked in the Publix lot on Cascade, just steps from the main restaurant, which is one of the best brunch spots in the A. But don’t walk up to this food truck expecting a quicker alternative to the dine-in experience. And even if you order Gocha’s online (where you’ll pick it up at the truck), you should still prepare for a wait—sometimes over an hour. We’d rather take our chances with the dine-in line. But if you’re really craving their crispy fish sandwich and prefer not to interact with the brunch crowds, make sure to order at least 45-minutes ahead. Food Rundown photo credit: Mhandy Gerard Better Than Yo Momma Biscuits The biscuits are fine. They’re moist and slightly sweet—though we’re not sure they live up to the name. Cascade Sunrise Breakfast The meal comes with eggs fried the way you like them, thick toast, and crispy, well-seasoned breakfast potatoes. This is a simple, solid choice. Chicken & Waffle Stack If you’re expecting buttermilk waffles, skip these, because they lean more toward sourdough. The chicken is fried crispy with flavorful breading. Crispy Fish Sandwich This is one of the best things on the menu. The fish is fried to crackly levels, and the breading is well-seasoned." - Jacinta Howard
