"Seventh Son is a high-end Cantonese restaurant located in a mall in Tsim Sha Tsui with life-changing crispy pork belly. The execution of this dish is near flawless—juice seeps out of the meat with the faintest touch of your chopsticks, while the skin feels like porky sandpaper and cracks and crunches as you bite into it. This is just one example of how good the Cantonese dishes are here—there’s also the famous crispy chicken (which lives up to its name) and plump shrimp seared and covered in XO sauce. It’s very much a special occasion spot, with lots of white tablecloths and attentive service, and in terms of high-end Cantonese restaurants, it’s hard to do better in all of Hong Kong. video credit: Carlo Mantuano" - Carlo Mantuano
