"For a masa-heavy meal that’ll make you drowsy, go to La Casa De Las Baleadas. The blue-and-white Honduran restaurant in Little Havana makes nine different versions of baleadas. Our favorite is the accurately-named “supermega” baleada. It comes with chicken, carne asada, refried beans, crema, cheese, and scrambled eggs. It’s the size of an NFL linebacker’s calf and only $11. Every baleada here comes on a flour tortilla that’s thin but sturdy enough to hold all of the ingredients together. They also make excellent chicharron and cheese pupusas. photo credit: CLEVELAND JENNINGS / @EATTHECANVASLLC" - Mariana Trabanino
