"Trèsind’s skilfully done fine dining tasting menu feels at odds with its location. To get here, you must navigate a service road off a dusty, noisy suburban main street and head deep into the driveway of an office complex, where the restaurant is located. Once inside, you’re rewarded with a modern, 14-course Indian dinner (₹6,000-₹6,500 plus taxes) served in an elegant room with curved blue banquettes, swirling metal mesh lights, and a gleaming bar that spans the room. The menu changes every six months, so there's always a reason to keep heading back. We still can’t stop talking about the Mangalorean ghee roast duck, served alongside a triangle of curry leaf honey-drizzled waffle, and the Rajasthani ghewar sweet made into a savory filigree lid that must be cracked open to reveal a small bowl of chaat—both dishes from the last menu we had." - Roshni Bajaj Sanghvi
