"From the outside, Highway Burford looks like just another pub in the Cotswolds, albeit a lovely one with a chic, dark grey exterior and cobbled entryway. But it’s actually a hotel with a Spanish restaurant, Toro, and the tasty, colourful dishes are a welcome find among so many British pubs and cafes. Come at lunch and you can try one of our favourite dishes here: the garlic-heavy chicken and chorizo butter bocadillo.
