"Compared to some of the other butcher shops on this list, Sulmona in the North End is a pretty small place - a quail in a flock of turkeys, if you will. Yet there’s something decidedly old school and charming about it. You walk up to the butcher block, ask for your preferred cut of meat, and it’s prepared for you right on the spot. It may be the most anti-tourist thing in the North End, which is why we love it so much. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
