"The Verdict: Like an old Hollywood star back for one last blockbuster, Arlington isn’t perfect but by god, has it got something about it. The restaurant formerly known as Le Caprice has been totally restored—gleaming art deco features, creaking clientele, Princess Diana’s favourite fish cake, and all—to its former grandeur. Everything about this European spot in St. James’s feels like a tribute to the old days, from the notes of the pianist, to the all-day eggs Arlington.
