Shake off your overstimulation at Vous, a bright and airy restaurant that’s just a 12-minute walk from the train station. The seasonal menu sources most of its ingredients from Northern France, like mussels from Normandy served in a fragrant coconut broth, and the indoor dining room and terrace are a lovely place to decompress after a day of squeezing past tour groups.
