"Esther’s is the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, serving fantastic food in a casual-yet-upscale atmosphere that’s great for a nice group dinner where you can pass around a bunch of plates. Start with the juicy meatballs and a sampler of the sourdough served with toppings like Calabrian salami, chili oil, and anchovy butter. You can depend on all the pastas, but we particularly like the mafalda in a slightly-spicy amatriciana. Load up on even more sourdough (in fluffy crust form) by ordering a pizza or two for the table. The restaurant’s original location was tiny and always packed, but it recently moved into a bigger space that’s way easier to get into. It’s also one of our favorite places for brunch. " - emmy kasten
